Description: America's largest brewfest - which last year attracted 70,000 people tosample beers from dozens of the country's leading brewpubs and microbreweries- begins immediately after the Northwest Craft Brewers Conference closes. The three-day festival at Portland's Waterfront Park offers live music, and awide range of international and specialty foods as well as great beer.Brewing demonstrations and information booths round out the nation's premier beer appreciation event.Volunteering opportunities: The Oregon Brewers Festival operates in largepart thanks to volunteers, who are organized by the Oregon Brew Crew brewing club.
