Description: Once again, the Museum and Museum Catering Company present beer expert Michael Jackson as part of Philadelphia's The Book and The Cook Festival and Fair. Jackson will match a selection of beers - pairing his past 1990's tastings with up-and-coming Millennium beers- followed by an open tasting featuring more than 100 outstanding microbrews from the world, complimented with additional food by Museum Catering Co. Proceeds will benefit the Sumerian Dictionary Project at the University of Pennsylvania Museum.
