Description: The 2002 beer dinner will explore the ways that a lager and ale complement foods. The program will begin with an open bar reception featuring specialty microbrews and hors d'oeuvres from Museum Catering Company. After commenting on the difference between the two styles of beer, Michael Jackson will present an international selection of beers that will complement the various foods of each course. A selection of Mr. Jackson's books will be available for sale and signing. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend. $85 per person; Museum members: $75 per person.
